St Bernard Parish Democratic Executive Committee (SBP DPEC)
Democratic Parish Executive Committees (DPEC) have the general responsibility for Democratic Party affairs at the local level. They are under the jurisdiction of the DSCC and DNC. They are responsible for the endorsement of local candidates, as well as for building Democratic infrastructure within their communities.

There are 12 appointed positions on the St. Bernard Democratic Parish Executive Committee! Five at-large members, five district members, an East member and West member.

DPEC members meet once a month for approximately 1.5 hours. Meeting attendance is required.
As DPEC and campaign activities ramp up, we anticipate an increase in time commitment over the next 12 months.
